Rembuden - Rembuden Kendo Club are fundraising for an upcoming Kendo Seminar and World Kendo Championship by selling Daifuku (rice cake) and Rice Ball.
Yoshinkan - Yoshinkan Kendo Club are hosting the Women's Development Kendo Seminar later in November inviting 5 Sensei from Japan. They are fundraising for this purpose by selling Japanese style chilled noodles / noodle salad.
Kawaii Mummy - Oden = Japanese Hotpot with various types of meatball, seafood ball, white radish / Daikin etc.
Hong Kong Foodie Wellington - Hong Kong style Dim Sum and Street Food, including Siu Mai, Potsticker, Glutinous Rice Dumplings , Wontons, Bun, Spring Roll, Noodles etc. Wasabi can be added into the Dim Sum for a unique Japanese twist.
The IKI Sushiburrito - Sushi bowl and burrito(huge sushi roll) with Karaage, Vege tempura and Teriyaki chicken. Also as a snack, Deep Fried vege gyoza and Japanese curry fried bread will freatuer on the menu for Hutt Japan Day.
K&K Food Caravan - Chicken satay, beef skewers, noodles, rice, pork belly, briskets and roti. Miso will also be included on the menu for a Japanese accompliment.
Indo PLUS Food Truck - Indo PLUS establish since 2017 and serving Indonesian Food, Specialty of Nasi Goreng, Mie goreng, Rendang. Beef Teriyaki and Nasi Goreng Kimchi will be added to the menu for a Japanese twist.
Super Donut Hero - Tasty Mini Donuts served with a smile. Try the wasabi and sugar powder to give it a Japanese hit.
The Bento Bar - Bento box packed with Onigiri rice balls and tasty side dishes. (Gluten Free. Vegetarian/Vegan options available)
Tutaki - Tutaki café located in the Lower Hutt Events Centre will be adding sushi to their menu for the day to celebrate Hutt Japan Day.
